We ship all orders via Commercial Courier (within 3 – 5 days to major cities and regional areas).
Please allow 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive an email notification that your order has been dispatched.
All products are well packaged to eliminate breakage. Should there be any breakage during shipping you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation for replacement by emailing orders@kinesiobalancerange.co.za
Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address contained in your order, which must be a work address where the customer or other nominated party can receive the order. Courier delivery will take place between the hours of 08h30 and 17h00, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Any dates or times specified by us for delivery of the products are intended to be estimates only.
